Nicki & Molly | Hampstead Heath

Oh my these girls are beautiful together. Nicki is my best friend; I've known her half my life. We've been through high school and university together, lived together, she was there the first time I met my husband, she saw me get married and now she helps me in my business. She's one of the few people in the whole world who makes me laugh until I'm crying happy tears. It doesn't matter how many years pass by, I simply love her company.

I am so incredibly happy that she has found Molly, and to see her this happy and so in love is just wonderful. Nicki loves passionately and intensely, she gives her whole heart to her partner, and I do hope this comes through in the images. This kind of shoot inspires me; I just love capturing authentic, intimate, timeless, passionate and romantic images.

Stefanie & Alex's Story | A Winter Elopement in London

I shot my first London elopement over 6 years ago, and ever since then, I've been lucky enough to photograph elopements every year. They are magical to document; intimate, personal, and romantic.

Stefanie & Alex may have had a bitterly cold day for their wedding, but the light was glorious. It was hazy and golden, soft and and mystical. The perfect backdrop for the day. Stefanie & Alex wanted to incorporate parts of London into their images, but not "touristy" or "typical" backdrops, so we decided on Hampstead and the Pergola Hill & Gardens. Both some of my favourite spots in London. It's always a privilege to document a couple's elopement; the only ones to witness their marriage and their first moments as husband & wife. Samuel and I were also asked to be their witnesses which is even more of a privilege. I am so grateful to Stefanie & Alex for asking me to be there on their wedding day and I am thrilled they love their photographs..."The images are beautiful and exactly what we had hoped to capture on our wedding day. We can't thank you enough for photographing and being a part of our special day...."

Hair and makeup were by the ever talented Kirsty McCall and she did an amazing job as always!

I am currently working on my favourite images of 2016 which will be coming to the blog soon. I am also looking forward to capturing my second wedding of 2017 on Saturday before a bit of time off to recuperate! xx
